Only Dr. Weitle knows, these secrets he took to the grave with him long, long ago. But, during the season of the All Hallow's Eve when the spirits of the tormented are free to roam the earth, the abandoned asylum comes alive with activity. It is said that the spirit of the doctor returns to continue his unspeakable experiments on his erstwhile patients.
